A red blend made from Sangiovese grapes and the remaining from other local varieties, grown in Castellina in Chianti, without aging in wood. With good typicality, it shows floral, earthy, herbal and spicy notes involving its ripe red fruits. Gastronomic by nature, it has a juicy and persistent finish, with a touch of currants, which calls for red meats with mushroom sauce.
