The 2016 Burnfoot Merlot exhibits bold plum, oak, wild herb and spice which is under pinned with a firm alcohol. Due to the vineyard’s northerly aspect and not being irrigated, there is a concentration of flavours. Vibrance is the hallmark of the 2016 Burnfoot Merlot – the flavours will evolve for many years.
