Baileys has always had innovation at its heart and it took Baileys Chocolat Luxe over three years to develop. It is really lovely favour also with ice cream and hot milk with Baileys chocolate luxe. This stuff is crazy delicious over a proper gelato. I just can’t get enough. By itself its delicious but the alcohol taste is quite strong, so around my place it’s common to mix with cream.
