This infusion results in a smooth, rich palate dominated by notes of fresh coffee and toasted nuts, complemented by faint juniper and mild citrus undertones. Hints of coriander and cardamom enhance the coffee profile, imparting a distinctive Indian character. The gin offers a long-lasting finish with a lingering nutty aroma and mellow vanilla notes. Bottled at 40% ABV, it’s best enjoyed on the rocks, with a mild tonic or sparkling water, and garnished with a slice of orange and a cinnamon stick.
