Crafted in collaboration with Sydney's Lotus group of restaurants, this Chinese cuisine inspired modern gin sees tangy Australian mandarin peel married with traditional Chinese Five Spice. A complex and alluring nose of fresh mandarin and exotic spice leads into a more spice driven palate with the Szechuan pepper adding a slight numbing quality to the tongue, and leading into a beautifully complex finish of citrus and oriental spice that has you salivating for more. Adding a touch of salt to a Mandarin G&T complements the pepper & spice exceptionally. Delicious with mandarin juice or citrus based sodas.
