Riesling is Germany’s flagship grape variety produced in many of the wine growing regions including Rheinhessen, Mosel, Pfalz and Württemberg. Over 22,500 hectares are devoted to the variety with the pale to greenish-yellow grapes producing a wine with hints of peach and apple.
