SAITO is an authentic Japanese Sake made in Kyoto, Japan. Kanji letter “彩” means luxury, beauty and colourful, “都” means capital and city. Saito “彩都”, is a Sake representative of Kyoto that one can easily relate to the traditional and beautiful city. Saito Junmai Daiginjo Sake (純米大吟醸) is a premium sake with finest fruity aroma, predominantly pear. This full-bodied sake has a rich umami with a gentle and smooth finish. It is made from Yamada-Nishiki (King of Sake rice), which is famous for brewing high quality sake. This elegant sake is an excellent complement with sashimi, sushi and carpaccio.
